Making a list of all costs and expenses related to creating an animation.
04/ Scene assembly
The process of creating a scene, marking and assembling all elements, backgrounds, characters, objects, etc. and coordination with the customer.
05/ Plot coordination
The process of clarifying and working out the plot, adding or removing elements, as well as obtaining customer approval.
06/ Video rendering and editing
Getting the final version of the animation, syncing with audio and other effects.

Example of project time calculation
The studio is based in the abundant North End historic district of Halifax, Nova Scotia, on a narrow and abandoned site. Decades before, a nearby African barbershop in Nova Scotia was located on the adjacent territory. The project was initially designed with the view of becoming the main residence of Omar Gandhi, his partner, and his son, located on top of what would later become the home base of architectural studios on the east coast.
However, during the construction, the studio grew to such a level that it couldno longer fit in a modest space. The ground floor office is now a dedicated community studio specializing in community projects specifically located in North Halifax, including housing for the homeless and safe community amenities.
